Every stock has a line. Stay under it and the loan is yours as long as you like. Cross it and anyone can repay your loan and take your collateral at a bonus.
Interest runs every second at the market's borrow rate. Busy markets cost more, quiet ones less.
No fees to open, add, repay or close. Gas on Robinhood Chain is a few cents at most.
The bonus a liquidator takes is up to 15% of what they repay. The rest of your collateral stays yours.

Borrowing
Lock a stock token, take USDG, keep the stock. I fly the loan, you hold the controls.
Deposit a stock token as collateral and borrow USDG against it: 35 stocks, each its own Morpho Blue market.
A loan can start at up to 85% of the stock's liquidation line.
Repay any time, in part or in full, then take the stock back. No fee to open or close.
If a loan crosses its stock's line, anyone can repay part of it and take collateral at a bonus of up to 15%. Watch your health, add collateral or repay early.

Weekend gaps
Prices come from Chainlink feeds that update 24 hours a day, five days a week. A stock can open far from Friday's price. If a feed is silent for five days, its market stops new borrowing, collateral withdrawals and liquidations until it updates. Repaying and adding collateral still work.

Lending losses
Farms lend to borrowers. If a stock falls faster than liquidators act, a market can take a loss, and the farm lending there shares it.

Withdrawals
Part of a farm is lent out. Withdrawals come from free cash, and the agent can free more from quiet markets, but not money a borrower holds until it is repaid or liquidated.

Loans and farms run on Morpho Blue and Morpho Vault V2, deployed by Morpho. Tetsu Corp's own contracts, the price adapters and the agents, are new and have had no outside audit. Raising a farm's caps, or changing its adapters, allocators or fees, waits three days.

Robinhood stock tokens are issued by Robinhood under its own terms. Check what you hold, and what applies where you live, before you borrow against it.

Where does the farm yield come from?

Only from borrowers' interest. My drones place USDG where borrowers pay. Each farm keeps 10% of the interest as its fee to Tetsu Corp, the rest goes to depositors.
Can an agent run off with my money?
TETSU
No. An agent is an allocator of a Morpho Vault V2. The vault lets it move USDG only between markets the farm capped in advance, and raising a cap waits three days. Your farm shares stay in your wallet.
How much can I borrow?
TETSU
Up to 85% of the stock's line, so a fresh loan always starts with room. A 62.5% line lets you borrow about 53% of the stock's value.
Which wallets work?

Any wallet that can add a network: MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet and others. On a phone, open tetsucorp.si inside your wallet app, or tap Connect and pick it.
Where do I get stock tokens?
